HOW TO EXHIBIT?
Evaluate your needs in surface and your budget. Know that the minimum amount of participation is 180 000 DA HT (fixed fee + minimum module 6m2).
Choose between a furnished booth or a bare space and select on the map the location that suits you (depending on availability at the date of your registration confirmation).
Be aware that the bare space is granted only for a space greater than 24m2, and that a deposit of 50 000DA is to be provided before construction of the stand and recover after its dismantling and removal.
Fill out and send us by email (email@example.com), the order form and the payment of the exhibition approved by you (included in the file).
Contact us to guide you, orient you and help you choose the best location based on the space still available.
Define your advertising needs for the catalog, visitor guide and display advertising at the show.
Pay, upon receipt of your proforma invoice, an advance payment according to the registration terms, to confirm your participation.
Start your preparations: designation of the team on stand and products to be exhibited, layout plan and decoration of the stand, documentation to be distributed, specific animation on the stand.

It includes: Aluminum frame structure filled with white panels of 240 cm height (except fronts), the name of the company on the sign, carpeting, 1 reception counter, 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 waste paper basket, 1 spotlight/3m2, 1 electrical outlet 220v-10A. Available from 6m2.
With an equipped stand, you have a pack ready to use. It includes all the basic services you need to design a minimal stand. This allows you to get a simple and complete booth at a reasonable cost and with a relatively low time investment. You will then be able to personalize your stand with a few communication elements: a stand background (umbrella stand, printed tarpaulin, posters…), signage, a totem… Finally, the installation of your stand will be quick.
The equipped stand is therefore the best option if you have limited time to prepare your stand or if you have little experience in preparing a trade show. It can be a good way to train yourself, or to test the quality of a show.
Since the stand is fully customized, you can design it to perfectly meet your objectives for the show and your company’s news.
