HOW TO EXHIBIT?

Step 1

Evaluate

Evaluate your needs in surface and your budget. Know that the minimum amount of participation is 180 000 DA HT (fixed fee + minimum module 6m2).

Step 2

Get informed

Choose between a furnished booth or a bare space and select on the map the location that suits you (depending on availability at the date of your registration confirmation).

Step 3

Choose your booth

Be aware that the bare space is granted only for a space greater than 24m2, and that a deposit of 50 000DA is to be provided before construction of the stand and recover after its dismantling and removal.

Step 4

Order form

Fill out and send us by email (salam@simem.info), the order form and the payment of the exhibition approved by you (included in the file).

Step 5

Contact

Contact us to guide you, orient you and help you choose the best location based on the space still available.

Step 6

Visibility

Define your advertising needs for the catalog, visitor guide and display advertising at the show.

Step 7

Invoice

Pay, upon receipt of your proforma invoice, an advance payment according to the registration terms, to confirm your participation.

Step 8

Preparations

Start your preparations: designation of the team on stand and products to be exhibited, layout plan and decoration of the stand, documentation to be distributed, specific animation on the stand.

STAND OPTIONS​

Gross floor area does not include floor covering, structure, or equipment. Ideal for the design of a custom booth, available from 24m2. (Not included: Floor covering, Partition panels, Electrical connection, Lighting)

This type of reservation is recommended for companies engaging a booth designer or wishing to fully customize their space.

Furnished booth that includes: aluminum frame structure filled with white panels, 240 cm in height (except facades), the company name on the sign, carpeting, 1 spotlight per 3m2, and 1 electrical outlet 220v-10A.

(No furniture included)

This type of reservation is recommended for exhibitors who wish to customize their booth through subsequent orders or use their own furniture.


A fully functional, ready-to-use booth provided by the organizer. It includes: an aluminum frame structure filled with white panels, 240 cm in height (except for facades), the company name on the sign, carpeting, 1 reception counter, 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 waste bin, 1 spotlight per 3m2, and 1 electrical outlet 220v-10A.

This type of reservation is recommended for exhibitors with limited time for booth preparation or little experience in setting up for a trade show.
